Sangar housing scheme is a government owned project with the most strategic location and beautiful view from a mountain called Koh-e-Batil. The mountain is divided into 2 parts, half of which is acquired by Pakistan Navy and other half consist of Sangar Housing Scheme. It is one of the nearest societies from port.

Consultant Group (CG) as a third party has been commissioned to carry out documentation process of plots allotments and transfer with a full proof and fully computerized system. Sangar housing scheme consists of 4 phases and phase 5 will be launched in near future for which they already have acquired the land on the same mountain. Details of the phases are as follows:

Phase 1:

1000 sq yards residential (2 kanal)

600 sq yards residential   (1.15 kanal)

400 sq yards residential   (16 marla)

Commercials are as follow:

222 square yards   (9 marla sea facing and normal plots)

1000 square yards (2 kanal sea facing and normal plots)

Phase 2:

1000 square yards (2 kanal)

600 square yards   (1.15 kanal)

Commercials are as follow:

1000 square yards (2 kanal sea facing and normal plots)

Phase 3:

1000 square yards (2 kanal)

Commercials are as follow:

222 square yards   (9 marla sea facing and normal plots)

1000 square yards (2 kanal sea facing and normal plots)

Phase 4:

There are only commercial plots in phase and sizes of its commercial plots are 1000 Sq. Yards, 1 Acre, 2 Acer & 5 Acres. It also includes sea facing resort & hotel plot. Such big sized commercial plots will make this project a center of attraction in Gwadar, and a lot of commercial activity will be seen there.
