Sangar housing scheme is a government owned project with the most strategic location and beautiful view from a mountain called Koh-e-Batil. The mountain is divided into 2 parts, half of which is acquired by Pakistan Navy and other half consist of Sangar Housing Scheme. It is one of the nearest societies from port. Project acquires the total area of 2500 Acers. Construction is allowed on 1900 Acers from phase 1 to 4. Total length of the roads being constructed in the housing project is about 100 KM’s. Main road is 132 feet wide and all the amenities are provided by the Government of Balochistan. Most of the plots are owned by bureaucrats, generals, politicians and overseas Pakistani’s which makes the society more valuable and project becomes one of its type due to location. The office of the Project Director, Sangar Housing Project was planned to be constructed at a central location for the ease of the general public. By keeping this in mind society opened one of its offices in the housing society Gwadar next to PC Gwadar and second office is being opened in Karachi to cater the needs of the consumers.
