The government of Balochistan has developed a new industrial society named Gwadar Industrial Estate – (GEIDA) to fulfill the needs of the industrial sector whose demand has increased due to CPEC. The industrial sector has new opportunities including the establishment of an advanced seaport, development of new highways linking the Gwadar with Quetta, Karachi, Iran, and all the Central Asian countries. There is planning to build a railway line in the near future.
The state is developed basically for Small and Medium Enterprises -(SME). There will possibly no large industries and the industries converting raw materials into finished goods for the purpose of exporting were built. The major sector will be import and export in this area. Other sectors are trans-shipment, construction, repackaging, shipping, leather garments, clearing and forwarding, textile, warehousing, value-added processing and building material which you can find in Gwadar Industrial Estate -(GEIDA).

For the successful Industrial Estate, the authority named Gwadar Industrial Estate Development Authority is established by the Government of Balochistan containing the organizational structure of Chairman, Secretary of Industries & Commerce e.t.c while the other board of directors includes MD GIEDA, Secretary Finance, Director Industries which accelerates the development in this estate.

There will be supporting facilities available vocational training centers, bus and truck terminals, hospitals, civic centers, commercial areas, exhibition ground, and other public amenities.

The land consists of 2000 acres which have been completed. The roads are 200ft and 250ft wide. The plots of 1, 2 and 5 acres are allotted. A building reserved for GIE guest house containing a VIP Suite of 4 bedrooms, dining hall, conference room and a TV lounge on the area of 5000 sq yards another 2-acre plot has been reserved beside the guest house for the park and ancillary services. A 2.0 MGD desalination plant has been in installing process which is imported from Turkey. A 7-acre site is allocated for Grid Station which is being completed by WAPDA the minimum size of roads is 60ft wide. The Monument has been designed in Gwadar Industrial estate to attract the visitors. Street lighting has been completed 200ft road and the road parallel to Makran Coastal Highway. The leveling and dressing of plots are completed. A 4MV substation is also built by QESCO. The 250,000 GLS RCC tank is also completed for the storage of water from the desalination plant. The remaining internal roads, sewerage and water supply and in completion stage.

In Jan 2017 its price was 15 lacs per acre own of H block and in after this in few weeks prices jumped to 70 lacs per acre and now price is 40 Lacs per acre own so I will recommend it is a high buying time of Gwadar Industrial Estate.
